As part of the SCANZ 2026 conference, we are holding a Science Storytelling workshop led by The Story Collider.

The Story Collider is an organisation that explores the human side of science through the art of telling true, personal stories.

Join us online on 20 May from 12:00-1:30 for the workshop to learn about the creative process and craft of effective storytelling about science.

Those attending the SCANZ 2026 conference in June will get the chance to share their stories at a live showcase on the first evening of the conference!

Anyone can attend the workshop, even if you aren’t registered for the conference.

Attendance is:

• Free for all conference attendees

• $20 for SCANZ members who are not attending the conference

• $75 for non-members who are not attending the conference
