SCANZ Constitution

Our Constitution reflects who we are and how we work together as a community. In 2025, we refreshed and renewed our constitution so it now fully aligns with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, ensuring SCANZ continues to meet the modern governance standards set for incorporated societies in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We’re proud to share this updated document with our members - a transparent foundation that supports our kaupapa, guides our decision‑making, and helps us look after the SCANZ whānau as we grow into the future.
