Information for attendees

  • All venues are wheelchair accessible. The Piano also has a hearing loop, is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, and has a dedicated quiet space for those who need it.

  • Harassment and hostile behaviour is not welcome at SCANZ. All conference participants and attendees must abide by our Code of Conduct to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

  • We are aiming for this to be a zero waste event. Please take home any packaging you bring in.

  • Kai a te ata morning tea is not provided due to the late morning start. If you would like to eat beforehand, we recommend the many cafes on New Regent Street next to The Piano.
